We were at the Process Safety Symposium!

We participated in the Process Safety Symposium at Industrial Facilities this year with a larger booth space, having first joined the event in 2023. The exhibition and symposium days were productive, as we drew attention with our locally manufactured products and diverse product range. In 2024, during the first week of May, we established various connections by meeting with local and international industry representatives at the trade show held in Pendik.

ZNEQ.X Series Ex-proof Equipment

ZNB Series Enclosures Now IIB + H2

The ZNB.X Series explosion-proof enclosures, which previously held an IIB gas class rating, have undergone additional testing, and their updated certificate has been issued. The Design Process for the ZNS.X Series Explosion-Proof Plugs and Sockets Has Been Completed

ZONEX, which was founded with the goal of meeting the explosion-proof needs of Turkey and its neighboring countries, has completed the design process for its explosion-proof plug-and-socket sets. ZNK and ZNL Projector Certificates

The certification process has been completed for the ZNK series of aluminum-housed explosion-proof projectors, suitable for Zone 2 environments, and the ZNL series of aluminum-housed explosion-proof projectors, suitable for Zone 1 environments. ZNK Series Zone2 LED Projector Design Process

With the Zonex brand, we are nearing completion of our work on a new product line designed entirely in-house. The ZNK Series Exproof LED Projectors, which will first be certified for use in Zone 2-22 areas, will be offered to customers in 50, 75, 100, 140, and 180 W power ratings and two different housing sizes. The ZNB Series Explosion-Proof Enclosure Testing Process Has Been Completed

The testing process for the ZNB series enclosures, which we developed to meet the need for explosion-proof enclosures and panels, has been completed. Designed to meet IP 65 and D product (flameproof) standards, the enclosures feature an aluminum body. The enclosures, which will be certified along with signal lights, buttons, emergency stop buttons, and switchgear, comprise a series consisting of a total of 7 sizes and 3 different small control boxes.
